1. Tell the AI what you want to know
Start by describing what you want to find out and who you're asking, for example “why students skipped the Friday lectures” or “why customers don't come back after their first order”. Sondering asks a few questions to understand what you need.
As you chat, it writes a plan: the goal, the questions, the tone and how long it will take. Ask it to make it shorter, friendlier or more specific until it feels right.

2. Check the plan and share the link
Look over the questions before anything goes out. When you're happy, you get two links: one to share with the people you're asking, and a private one just for you. Keep the private one to yourself.
Share the public link however you normally reach people: email, your learning platform, a newsletter or a team chat. They answer on their own device, whenever it suits them.

3. Read what people said
Your private page shows how many have started and finished, a summary of what came up most, and every conversation in full.
Use the summary to get the big picture, and read the actual answers before you make a decision. The surprising ones are often the most useful.
