People tell Sondering things in their own words, so it matters who can read them. Here's how access, storage and deletion work, in plain language.

§ 01
Two links: one to share, one to keep
Every interview gets a public link and a private link. The public link only lets people answer. The private link opens the answers, the summary and the settings.
The links are very hard to guess, but treat the private one like a password: don't post it in shared chats, and close the interview if you think someone else has it.
§ 02
Keep only what you need
You choose when the interview stops taking answers and how long the answers are kept after that: 30, 90 or 180 days. Then everything is deleted automatically, and you can delete it yourself at any time from your private page. The privacy policy lists what we store and which services help us run Sondering, including the AI model provider.
Don't ask for names, contact details or anything else you don't need. Tell people who is asking, why, and what will happen with their answers.

§ 03
The rules
Sondering is for people aged 16 and over. Don't use it with younger children, and that includes classes where some students are under 16.
Don't ask about health, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, political views, union membership or other sensitive topics, and don't use the answers alone to make decisions that seriously affect someone. You're responsible for how you use what people tell you. Read the full privacy policy and terms before you start.
Ask only what you need.
Keep it short, keep it relevant, and choose when it ends before you share the link.
